Modus Suites & Serviced Residence offers furnished apartments with free WiFi.  This serviced apartment looks luxurious from the outside and also located along the beach line and with an outdoor pool. The pool seems to be average as I didn't find it very clean.
Bedrooms were well designed, spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly towards the guest which is a major plus point.

They have one or two bedroom apartments which include a living room, a dining room, a TV, a refrigerator and a balcony with a view. Modus Suites & Serviced Residence also provides parking facilities. The breakfast was acceptable but not that fancy.

So overall I think it is a good stay destination in Pattaya.
