Satay Chicken Recipe
Ingredients Of Chicken Satay

250 gm chicken boneless

1 tsp ginger
-
1 tsp garlic
-
1 tsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp red chilli paste
-
1 tsp olive oil
-
1 Lemon
-
A big pinch of turmeric
For the peanut sauce:
-
1 cup peanuts (crushed)

1 medium onion
-
1 cup of coconut milk
-
1 tsp ginger
-
1/2 cup tamarind
-
1 tsp red chilli paste
-
1 stalk lemongrass (chopped)

2 lime leaves
-
2 tsp oil
-
2 tsp jaggery
-
Salt and pepper to taste
How to do?
-
Marinate the cut chicken with all the ingredients.
Stick them on the skewers sticks. -
Grill the chicken on all the sides.
Peanut sauce:
-
In a pot, take onions, ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves and sweat it off
Add in the crushed peanuts and the red chilli paste -
Mix in the jaggery to the same

Finally, top it up with coconut milk

Blend it on Simmer
-
Add some Season to taste
